The Light Bulb District Shipping Policy

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting payment information. After adding items to the shopping cart, proceed to the checkout page. Orders will be offered shipping method choices and their prices.

What is the time frame for shipping?

The Light Bulb District ships all orders within 24 hours of receipt of order placed within Monday through Friday. Customers must be aware that cut-off time for shipping orders is 1:00pm EST.  Any orders that are received after 1:00pm EST may not ship until the following business day.

• The next day delivery cut-off time and second day orders are 1:00pm EST.
• After 1:00pm EST any orders received may not ship until the next business day.
• Orders received after 1:00 PM EST on Friday will ship the following Monday.
• The Light Bulb District does not process shipping on holidays or weekends.

How are shipping orders tracked?

The shipping system is equipped to send a tracking number notification via our email service when the order ships. Customers will receive email notification generated by UPS, FedEx. Please be aware that some email is caught in any spam filters of email account be check spam filter for content if the email is not received.

Shipping control policy:

Shipping will be delayed when addresses are incorrect or incomplete as per the shipper’s policy. Include all information such as company name (if shipping to a business address), apartment, suite or floor numbers, and accurate zip codes. Verification is required to ensure delivery information is correct.

All shipping estimates are based on workday of the shipper, usually Monday through Friday. If a customer has not received an order within 10 business days after placing the order, please notify The Light Bulb District via telephone or email.

If refusal of delivery acceptance of a package or in the case of a package being undeliverable to the address that the customer has provided, return shipping costs and restock charges shall apply at customer cost.

If a customer has received the incorrect product please feel free to contact The Light Bulb District via telephone or email within 72 hours of receiving the product. 

If a customer has received damaged products please contact The Light Bulb District via telephone or email for service to help replace the products at no cost to the customer. Please inspect products carefully.
