Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting payment information. After adding items to the shopping cart, proceed to the checkout page. Orders will be offered shipping method choices and their prices.
Light Bulb District ships all orders within 24 hours of receipt of order placed within Monday through Friday. Cut off time for same day shipping 1:00pm EST. Ordersreceived after 1:00pm EST may not ship until the following business day.
We do not process shipments on holidays or weekends.
Our shipping system is equipped to send UPS or FedEx tracking information email when the shipment is processed.
Please be aware that email may get in your email spam filter and should be checked if the email is not received in a timely manner.
Shipping will be delayed when addresses are incorrect or incomplete as per the shipper’s policy. Include all information such as company name (if shipping to a business address), apartment, suite or floor numbers, and accurate zip codes. Verification is required to ensure delivery information is correct.
All shipping estimates are based on workday of the shipper, usually Monday through Friday. If a customer has not received an order within 10 business days after placing the order, please contact Light Bulb District's customer service team via telephone or email.
If refusal of delivery acceptance of a package or in the case of a package being undeliverable to the address the customer has provided, return shipping costs and restock charges shall apply at customer cost.

If a customer has received the incorrect product please contact Light Bulb District's cutomerservice via telephone or email within 72 hours of receiving the product.
If a customer has received damaged product please contact Light Bulb District's customer service via telephone or email for service to help replace the products at no cost to the customer. Please inspect products carefully.
